The key to a successful search engine optimization (SEO) campaign is Keyword Research. You need to rank for profitable or relevant keywords for your website or blog. To begin with, you need to make a list of keywords from the following steps:

Step 1: Website Analysis

Understand the Aim of the Website.
Find out what product or service the website/business owner is providing.
Determine the Target Audience and the Targeted Geographic location.

Timeline for Facebook Fan Pages

Facebook has unveiled a new look for its fan pages by introducing the Timeline concept for profiles to Facebook Pages as well. It's interesting to notice that all major brands have migrated to Timeline without any time lag. This retro look has given the pages a new lease of life with its appealing and bold design. Facebook page admins have the ability to change to Timeline mode or wait till March 30, 2012 by then all the Facebook pages will be automatically changed to Timeline layout.

How to Enable New Facebook Timeline for Pages



If you have the admin rights to a Facebook Page, then you will see a notification to preview your page in the new Timeline layout. Click on preview and upload an appropriate cover photo for 851 px and picture of 180x180 px. Edit the "About" information and place a link if you like.
Hit publish and Voila! the page will now the feature the new look that everyone is raving about. Below the cover photo you will notice few tabs such as Photos, Likes, Events, FBML, Twitter, Maps etc which you can swap the positions according to your wish.



New Features of Facebook Pages

Cover Photo
Admins can now play with the cover photo of 851x351 pixels and and do away with FBML welcome pages or landing tab.

Private Messaging
The fans can now send a private message directly to the page owners and allows for better engagement with the users. This feature will be helpful in resolving customer inquiries privately without having to share personal details on a public space.

Admin Dashboard
With the new advanced admin panel, you can manage the pages in a better way. You can see your fans activity, facebook insights and a message inbox.

Tabs/Apps
A page can contain upto 12 tabs or apps

Pinned Posts
You can pin posts to showcase top content and to make it appear predominantly on the timeline. By clicking on star icon on a post, it will appear wider to achieve higher visibility.
